Passport and Residence Details

These details are automatically filled in by the system if the individual's details exist in the system. If you are applying for an individual that does not have any details stored in the system, then you need to apply the following steps:

Filling or updating already filled in passport details is made possible by entering the fields taking the following validations into consideration:

Passport Type	Mandatory	This field is mandatory and the user has to fill it to complete the process; otherwise this message will appear (This field is required).
Passport Number	Mandatory	This field is mandatory and the user has to fill it to complete the process; otherwise this message will appear (This field is required).
Place of Issuace	Mandatory	This field is mandatory and the user has to fill it to complete the process; otherwise this message will appear (This field is required).
Expiry Date	Mandatory	This field is mandatory and the user has to fill it to complete the process; otherwise this message will appear (This field is required). Date can be entered using the Calendar, as discussed in Using the Calendar topic. Entered date must be less than current date, otherwise the following message will be displayed (Should be less than today's date).

Filling or updating already filled in residence details is made possible by entering the fields taking the following validations into consideration:

Area	Mandatory	This field is mandatory and the user has to fill it to complete the process; otherwise this message will appear (This field is required).
P.O.Box	Optional
Mobile No.	Mandatory	This field is mandatory and the user has to fill it to complete the process; otherwise this message will appear (This field is required). The input of this field must be numerical values; otherwise this message will appear (Invalid Numbers). The entered number should follow the format: (code – number), as in the example (00972-501234567)
Email	Mandatory	This field is mandatory and the user has to fill it to complete the process; otherwise this message will appear (This field is required). The entered email address must follow the valid format. Otherwise, the message (Email address is invalid) will be displayed.
