Personal Information

Filling the personal information fields is made possible either by entering new individual data or by searching for a specific individual already entered to the system, as discussed in the sections below:

1. Click on Search for Individuals link:

2. The following page will be displayed:

3. Enter any combination of the search criteria in the search fields, and then click on Search button:

4. Next to the intended individual, click on Select link:

5. The individual's details will be displayed in the fields:

6. Note that also the individual's other details will be also filled in automatically, such as Visa Details, Passport Details, References, and Attachments.

Selecting any individual that already has a pending request is not allowed, and the following alert will be displayed:

Filling in the Personal Details is made possible by filling in the fields displayed taking the following validations into consideration:

Full Name (Arabic)	Mandatory	This field is mandatory and the user has to fill it to complete the process; otherwise this message will appear (This field is required). Nationality	Mandatory	This field is mandatory and the user has to fill it to complete the process; otherwise this message will appear (This field is required).
Gender	Mandatory	This field is mandatory and the user has to fill it to complete the process; otherwise this message will appear (This field is required).
Date of Birth	Mandatory	This field is mandatory and the user has to fill it to complete the process; otherwise, this message will appear (This field is required). Date can be entered using the Calendar, as discussed in Using the Calendar topic. Entered date must be less than current date, otherwise the following message will be displayed (Should be less than today's date).
Place of Birth	Mandatory	This field is mandatory and the user has to fill it to complete the process; otherwise, this message will appear (This field is required).
Line Manager Name (Arabic)	Mandatory	This field is mandatory and the user has to fill it to complete the process; otherwise this message will appear (This field is required). The entered text must be in Arabic, otherwise this message will appear (Please enter name in Arabic).
